Short version: this website keeps only what you type into its forms.

What this website collects

Signup form: your email, and — only if you choose to provide them — your name, primary screen reader, platform, experience level, and a free-text message.
Support form: your email, subject, category, message body, and optional name.
Technical metadata: your IP address and browser user-agent are stored with each submission so I can triage abuse. Nothing else.

How it is used

To reply to you.
To email you when the app launches, if you asked me to.
To decide who to invite to the beta.

No ads. No third-party marketing trackers. No data sold, ever.

The app itself

The Accessible Trade Terminal desktop/mobile application does not route your trades or market data through any server I control. It talks directly to the exchange and data providers whose credentials you enter. Those credentials are stored in your operating system's secure credential vault (Keychain / DPAPI / Android KeyStore / iOS Keychain).

Your rights

Email codythurst@gmail.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. I will action every request within 30 days.

Changes to this page

If this policy changes materially, I will update the date at the bottom and email anyone on the waitlist.
